To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not assume any liability for any:
Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content. Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of System. Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers of System, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of System or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the bot owner/developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
